Shaun Ohira D.C.
While working as a personal trainer, he was preparing to go to medical school, but a serious back injury altered his plans and he decided to go to chiropractic school. He then attended University of Western States where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.
Dr. Ohira approaches chiropractic care with a unique view. He uses his personal training and athletic background in order to help people become and stay pain-free. Dr. Ohira’s main goal is to help families and athletes live a life of wellness free from pain, disease, and drug/chemical dependence by setting goal-oriented outcomes and focusing on the root of patient conditions
Dr. Ohira has completed additional education in chiropractic pediatrics, personal training, and various soft tissue (massage) techniques.
She is a U.S. Air Force veteran and after 4 years of service, Dr. Hannah worked as a personal trainer throughout her college years. During this time, she gained clinical experience and helped those with muscular imbalances, weakness, pain, obesity, diabetes, tendonitis, arthritis, and more.
A passion for chiropractic grew from her belief that every single body is an athletic being, intended to move dynamically and pain-free with purpose and resilience.
After completing her Doctorate’s academic and clinical requirements, Dr. Hannah was hand-selected to serve our country’s Veterans at the Dallas VA Medical Center. Her drive to give back to her fellow veterans instilled a deeper passion for the importance of chiropractic to re-gain, maintain, and optimize health and wellness.
She likes to stay active, explore new cuisine, and play with her dog Roo in her free time.
Dr. Hannah has further completed a post-graduate certification in Animal Chiropractic (AVCA), functional nutrition, prenatal, soft tissue modalities, and is currently completing a certification in Webster protocol through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association to further serve pregnant mothers, infants, and postnatal women.
